I would like to add my recommendation as well. I was recommended Gokay by a friend. I have not trained with a personal trainer before but immediately Gokay made me feel relaxed. He took time to find out more about me and what I wanted to achieve. He did some fitness tests and a body analysis with me so that he could design a programme especially for my needs. He is very knowledgeable and he looks at the bigger picture so keeping my goals realistic and obtainable.

Gokay is very motivating and always varies the exercises. The hour goes really quickly. Although it is hard, I do enjoy it!
Gokay designs his programmes specifically to your fitness levels and really listens to what you want and has helped me with a range of fitness needs. He always checks that you are doing each exercise correctly and after just a few sessions I am already feeling the benefit. Fantastic support provided during the sessions and also afterwards.
I really like the different equipment that I use with Gokay. Some of it I have never seen before so it makes it more interesting. He is really good at explaining things and correcting you where necessary.
I really enjoy Gokays sessions as I tend to get bored doing the same things over and over again but Gokay keeps me on my toes with new challenges each week and a continuously varying programme.

I have started training with Gokay 2 months ago, I can see a big difference now. Especially my thighs and belly look much better. I dont like the pain during my training but you know, no pain-no gain!

I just wanted to recommend my PT Gokay. He really is great although I dont like him during the training as he makes you do what you wouldnt do on your own. I feel so good after his sessions and the results really help keep you motivated.
Since I started goin to the gym a number of years ago, I did quite a few diferrent types of training - heavy weights, circuit training, running, martial arts, aerobics, spining etc. But having started going to Gokays sessions, nothing comes close in terms of building lean strength and improving core stability. The sessions are challennging and Gokay pushes you and keeps you focussed and determined.
In an initial assessment, Gokay looked at my lifestyle, current level of fitness and my goals. Since then i have had a new programme every 6-8 weeks, which means i am constantly challenging myself. All in all a friendly, but very professional PT who will help you to achieve your fitness goals

Gokay is a great personal trainer in Dulwich and I really enjoy training with him. He is very professional and the time goes so quickly which is fantastic as I used to hate exercising.
