Bought a bike rack which they posted in bubble wrap and unsurprisingly arrived bent. Didn't reply to email and when telephoned them could hardly understand the Polish guy. Sent my rack back using my own packaging via First Class post and now they are quibbling over refunding my return postage costs! Terrible service! Never shopping there again.

hi I have been there and i bought a Gazelle Montreux limited edition .The bike is great with front suspension forks , suspension seat hub geared and with hub dynamo .Extremely comfy for my daily rides to work as i do on it 20 miles per day ! it must also be reliable and very comfy and low maintenance one !.It was the best choice in my case. I now undestand why these great Dutch bikes are so good and recommended for daily use.I recommend them personally as well as the bikes shop Popiel Cycles.They really know everything about these bikes and will help you to chose the right bike for you.
