About us
Gunn’s MMA and Fitness is a Mixed Martial Arts Academy that endeavours to give something back to the community at a time when health and fitness has become an integral part of general wellbeing. With over 30 years combined experience in Traditional Martial Arts and Mixed Martial Arts, we are well positioned to help you achieve your fitness objectives using the key elements of Mixed Martial Arts combined with specific goals for our students. We aim to help people of all ages to achieve a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Gunn’s MMA & Fitness is a fully equipped Mixed Martial Arts Academy located within Dulwich Hamlets Health Club. Located just 10 minutes’ walk from East Dulwich Train Station we have all the facilities you would expect from a high quality training academy including experienced trainers, a fully matted training area, a 10ft training octagon, boxing and MMA gloves, skipping ropes, pads and bags, a sauna, bar, shower and toilet facilities.
It is Gunn’s MMA’s mission to provide the best classes, training programmes, trainers, facilities and equipment to fully meet the various needs of our students. Besides keeping our students fit as well as adding value, Gunn’s MMA is determined to create a unique atmosphere that will be enjoyed by all the students and trainers of the Academy.
