At first glance, the works appear to show various beautiful flowers stained and splashed onto the page. However, the flowers are my attempt to externalize and analyze an obsession which stems from my childhood.
I am inspired by Freud's theory of psychoanalysis which I explored at depth whilst writing my thesis for my Masters degree.
The works begin as an unintentional series of stains to which I give more direction, with acrylic paint,ink and pencil.
